Cuidado humanizado y ansiedad de los pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de hospitalización, Hospital I Huariaca, Cerro de Pasco, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el cuidado humanizado y la ansiedad de los pacientes en el Servicio de Hospitalización, Hospital I Huariaca, Cerro de Pasco, 2018. El método fue descriptivo, el diseño correlacional, el tipo cuantitativa. La muestra fue 113 pacientes. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó el cuestionario, la cual obtuvo una confiabilidad fuerte de 0,809 y 0,873. Según los resultados el 57.52% de los pacientes perciben un nivel regular con respecto a la variable cuidado humanizado, así mismo el 51.33% presentan un nivel alto con respecto a la variable ansiedad del paciente. Se concluyó que existe una relación directa entre el cuidado humanizado y la ansiedad de los pacientes, según la correlación de Spearman de 0.661.

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between humanized care and patient anxiety in the hospitalization service, Hospital I Huariáca , Cerro de Pasco, 2018. The method was descriptive, the correlational design, the quantitative type. The sample was 113 patients. For data collection, the questionnaire was used, which obtained a strong reliability of 0.809 and 0.873. According to the results, 57.52% of the patients perceive a regular level with respect to the variable humanized care; likewise, the 51.33% have a high level with respect to the variable anxiety of the patient. It was concluded that there is a direct relationship between humanized care and patient anxiety, according to the Spearman correlation of 0661. The director of the I Huariaca Hospital, Cerro de Pasco, was recommended to develop workshops where nursing staff are trained in patient management strategies with anxiety, strategies to enrich the humanized care provided by the nurse, since According to results, it is directly related to patient anxiety.
