Efectos de la discriminación en la persona humana con discapacidad mental

Abstract

La tesis se ha desarrollado con el fin de brindar aportes significativos respecto a los efectos que genera la discriminación en las personas con discapacidad mental, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología de la investigación científica, instrumento que sirvió para desarrollar aspectos importantes del trabajo, desde su primer capítulo hasta el último.

El estudio realizó la recopilación de información acerca de diferentes especialistas con respecto al desarrollo de las variables: discriminación y persona humana; en cuanto al estudio de campo se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario la misma que estuvo conformada por 14 preguntas que fueron respondidas por Abogados hábiles del CAL, quienes dieron sus diferentes puntos de vista sobre esta realidad, para luego ser llevadas a gráficos estadísticos, así como sus respectivas interpretaciones; desde luego, las hipótesis planteadas fueron contrastadas para luego arribar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo. Finalmente, en la última parte de la tesis concluye con los aportes que se dan como resultado de la investigación, los mismos que se alcanzaron a plenitud, facilitando las recomendaciones las cuales se consideran como viables y practicables; además se añade la amplia bibliografía, así como los anexos correspondientes.

The thesis has been developed to provide significant contributions regarding the effects generated by discrimination on people with mental disabilities, for which the methodology of scientific research, instrument used to develop important aspects of the work was used, from its first chapter to the last.

The study conducted gathering information about different specialists regarding the development of variables: discrimination and human person; for the study of field survey technique we were used with the instrument the questionnaire the same consisted of 14 questions that were answered by skilled lawyers of CAL, who gave their different views on this reality, then be carried statistical charts, as well as their respective interpretations; of course, the hypotheses were contrasted and then arrive at the conclusions and recommendations of the work. Finally, in the last part of the thesis it concludes with the contributions that occur as a result of the investigation, the same as fully achieved, providing recommendations which are considered as viable and practicable; also the extensive bibliography, as well as the relevant annexes is added.
