The present thesis entitled "The Use of Technology and Information in Opportunistic Contracts in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights" is a quantitative approach, applied type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The research population consisted of 74 workers from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the sample was determined in a probabilistic way obtaining a result of 62 workers. In order to collect the data regarding the behavior of the variables the Use of technologies and information and Timely Contracts in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights was chosen as data collection technique the survey and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool Which was constituted by 18 items with a Likert rating scale. The analysis of results was performed using the coding and tabulation of the information, once the information was tabulated and ordered was subjected to a process of analysis and / or treatment using statistical techniques. The presentation of the results was by tables and graphs, later to contrast the hypothesis was applied the Chi squared statistical technique, demonstrating the general hypothesis where the use of technologies and information is directly related to Timely Contracts in the Ministry of Justice and Human rights
