El uso de la tecnología y la información en las contrataciones oportunas en el ministerio de justicia y derechos humanos

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada: “El Uso De La Tecnología y La Información en las Contrataciones Oportunas en el Ministerio De Justicia y Derechos Humanos” es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental. La población de la investigación estuvo constituida por 74 trabajadores del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, la muestra fue determinada de manera probabilística obteniendo un resultado de 62 trabajadores. Para recolectar los datos respecto al comportamiento de las variables el Uso de las tecnologías y la información y Contrataciones oportunas en el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos se eligió como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y se empleó como instrumento de recolección de datos un cuestionario el cual estuvo constituido por 18 ítems con escala de valoración de Likert. El análisis de resultados se realizó mediante el empleo de codificación y tabulación de la información, una vez que la información fue tabulada y ordenada se sometió a un proceso de análisis y/o tratamiento mediante técnicas de carácter estadístico. La presentación de los resultados fue mediante tablas y gráficos, posteriormente para contrastar la hipótesis se aplicó la técnica estadística Chi cuadrado, demostrando la hipótesis general donde el Uso de las tecnologías y la información se relaciona directa con las Contrataciones oportunas en el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.

The present thesis entitled "The Use of Technology and Information in Opportunistic Contracts in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights" is a quantitative approach, applied type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The research population consisted of 74 workers from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, the sample was determined in a probabilistic way obtaining a result of 62 workers. In order to collect the data regarding the behavior of the variables the Use of technologies and information and Timely Contracts in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights was chosen as data collection technique the survey and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool Which was constituted by 18 items with a Likert rating scale. The analysis of results was performed using the coding and tabulation of the information, once the information was tabulated and ordered was subjected to a process of analysis and / or treatment using statistical techniques. The presentation of the results was by tables and graphs, later to contrast the hypothesis was applied the Chi squared statistical technique, demonstrating the general hypothesis where the use of technologies and information is directly related to Timely Contracts in the Ministry of Justice and Human rights
