Nivel de conocimientos y adherencia a la higienización de manos del licenciado en enfermería, servicio de hematología hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico consiste en un proyecto de investigación el cual propone el estudio nivel de conocimientos y adherencia a la higienización de manos del licenciado en enfermería, se realizará en el servicio de Hematología del Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins. La muestra está constituida por 32 licenciados en enfermería, los objetivos fueron encaminados a determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y la adherencia a la higiene de manos en los licenciados en enfermería. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos, fue necesario realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre diferentes autores y consultas a través de internet en el tema de la importancia de la Higiene de Manos, tener el conocimiento de la técnica y los momentos de la higiene de manos en la atención de pacientes inmunodeprimidos, estos por su patología tienen mayor riesgo de contraer una infección asociada a la atención de la salud, las cuales constituyen la complicación más importante y son causa de incrementar la morbi-mortalidad del paciente hematológico, Es un estudio descriptivo correlacional, cuantitativo, que consistirá en la aplicación de una encuesta con preguntas cerradas con una duración promedio de 20 minutos por entrevistado. Los resultados obtenidos servirán para establecer estrategias que refuercen los conocimientos y las prácticas de la higienización de manos, tendientes a disminuir el riesgo de infecciones relacionadas a la atención de la salud

This academic work consists of a research project which proposes the study level of knowledge and the adhesion of hand cleanliness of the nursing graduates, it will realize in the Hematology service at Eduardo Rebagliati Martins Hospital. The sample it is constitute by 32 nursing graduates, the objectives were on target to determinate the relations that exist between the level of knowledge and the adhesion of hand cleanliness of the nursing graduates. To achieve this objectives it were necessary to do a bibliographical revision about different authors, where the information founded has a reference with the subject , the priority of hand cleanliness, besides, to have the knowledge of the techniques and to know the right times to do the hand cleanliness for the attention to the immunodeficient patients who for their pathology have a huge risk to catch any infection that would be associated to the attention of health, which it belongs to one of the most complications and, also, they are the cause of morbimortality increase of the hematologic patient. This project is a descriptive correlational, quantitative, study that will be about the application of a questionnaire which in it content there will be closed questions and the duration of it will be 20 minutes approximately for each person that will take the cuestionary. For instance, the results obtained will help to establish strategies that strengthen the knowledges and the practices of hand cleanliness to decrease the risk of infections that are relationated with the attention of health
