La calidad del docente universitario y las competencias profesionales de los graduados de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Comunicación, Turismo y Hotelería de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación de la calidad del docente universitario con las competencias profesionales de los Graduados de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Comunicación, Turismo y Hotelería de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega en el Periodo 2017. El trabajo se desarrolló delimitando el problema de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Comunicación Turismo y Hotelería de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, después se realizó la planificación elaborando las actividades de la investigación como problemas, objetivos e hipótesis, así como la revisión de la documentación necesaria para que sustente la investigación, posteriormente se realizó el análisis e interpretación de los datos y por último realizar la etapa de redacción de la investigación. La población de graduados 2017 es de 71 alumnos, la muestra seleccionada es de 42 graduados, la investigación fue de tipo de descriptiva, el nivel de investigación es aplicativo. Los instrumentos utilizados para recoger los datos fueron los cuestionarios y validados por 3 maestros para la confiabilidad, se utilizó el Alfa de Cronbach para la prueba estadística. Las conclusiones obtenidas son: existe correlación entre calidad de docente y las competencias profesionales, asimismo se comprobó que existe relación entre el profesionalismo docente y las competencias profesionales del graduado. Concurre la relación entre el conocimiento de las características de los alumnos por parte del docente y por último existe relación entre destrezas del docente Universitario y las competencias profesionales del graduado.

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of the professor and the professional competences of the Graduates from the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Tourism and Hotelery of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University in the 2017. The work was developed delimiting the problem, of the Faculty of Communication Sciences Tourism and Hotelery, of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University, after the planning was carried out, elaborating the research activities as problems, objectives and hypothesis, as well as as the review of the necessary documentation to support the research later, the analysis and interpretation of the data was carried out and finally the writing stage of the investigation was carried out. The population of graduates 2017 is 71 students, the sample selected is 42 graduates, the research was descriptive, the level of research is applicative. The instruments used to collect the data were the questionnaires and validated by 3 teachers for reliability, the Cronbach's Alpha was used as the statistical test. The conclusions obtained are: there is a correlation between teacher quality and professional competences, and it was also found that there is a relationship between teaching professionalism and the professional competencies of the graduate. The relation between the knowledge of the characteristics of the students on the part of the teacher and finally, there is a relationship between the skills of the university teacher and the professional competences of the graduate
