Propuesta de mejora en los métodos de control y estrategias gerenciales para los servicios realizados a terceros por la gerencia de mantenimiento de áreas verdes – Serpar Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló en Serpar Lima – Servicios de parques de Lima – Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, en la que se realizó un estudio de los servicios a terceros realizados por la Gerencia de Mantenimiento de Áreas Verdes. Tiene como objetivo Determinar si una diligente metodología de control coadyuvara a las mejoras en las estrategias gerenciales para los servicios a terceros realizados por la gerencia de mantenimiento de áreas verdes –Serpar Lima. La metodología fue: descriptiva, cualitativo, diseño conceptual. Siendo la muestra de 60 colaboradores que laboran en la gerencia de mantenimiento de áreas verdes –Serpar Lima. El instrumento utilizado fue un cuestionario y se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: A partir de los hallazgos encontrados, aceptamos la hipótesis alternativa general que establece: Una metodología de control eficiente, coadyuvara a las mejoras en las estrategias gerenciales para los servicios a terceros realizados por la gerencia de mantenimiento de áreas verdes – Serpar Lima. Asimismo, en la gerencia de mantenimiento de áreas verde, se halló un estilo gerencial autocrático, donde la dirección de esta gerencia determina los lineamientos que se deben seguir bajo su mando, se denota que los diferentes elemento estudiados no fueron tomados en cuanta con la rigurosidad del caso para el cumplimientos de las metas y objetivos que se requiere del servicio para con los clientes Protransporte y Rutas de Lima. Siendo el resultado el grado de significancia del Chi Cuadro de indiferencia 0.000 y siendo este valor menor a 0.005 se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta H1 como hipótesis verdadera. Los métodos de control son un factor de importancia para la mejora en las estrategias gerenciales empleadas en la ejecución de los servicios a terceros realizados por la gerencia de mantenimiento de áreas verdes – Serpar Lima.

The present investigation was developed in the company Serpar Lima – Services of parks of Lima – Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, in which it was made based on the study of the services to third parties made by the Maintenance Management of Green Areas. Its objective is to determine if a diligent methodology of control will contribute to improvements in managerial strategies for third party services carried out by the maintenance management of green areas –Serpar Lima. The methodology was: descriptive, qualitative, conceptual design. Being the sample of 60 employees of the maintenance service of green areas –Serpar Lima. The instrument used was a questionnaire and the following results were obtained: Based on the findings, we accept the general alternative hypothesis that est ablishes: An efficient control methodology will contribute to improvements in management strategies for third-party services performed by the maintenance management of green areas – Serpar Lima. Also, in the maintenance management of green areas, an autocratic management style was found, where the direction of this management determines the guidelines that should be followed under its command, where it is denoted that the different elements studied were not taken into account with the rigor of the case for the fulfillment of the goals and objectives that is required of the service for clients Protransporte and Rutas de Lima. Being the result of Chi Table, the degree of Sig corresponds to 0.000 and having less than 0.005, the null hypothesis is rejected and H1 is accepted as a true hypothesis. The control methods are a factor of importance for the improvement in the management strategies used in the execution of the services to third parties carried out by the maintenance management of green areas – Serpar Lima.
