La administración de justicia y la seguridad jurídica en el país

Abstract

La administración de justicia en el Perú necesita un cambio, con el fin que pueda solucionar los problemas que tiene y así responder a las necesidades de los usuarios que buscan la seguridad jurídica, para sus bienes y sus derechos no sean violentados, el cual es una garantía que el Estado debe brindar, buscando recuperar el prestigio de los jueces y de la institución así como las demás instituciones a cargo. El objetivo general de la tesis fue demostrar si la administración de justicia, incide significativamente en la seguridad jurídica en el país. En cuanto al tipo de investigación fue descriptivo y el nivel aplicativo. La población en estudio estuvo constituida por el Colegio de Abogados de Lima (CAL) y la muestra de Abogados hábiles, con un muestreo probalístico de probabilidad del 95% de confianza y con un margen de error de 5%. Los instrumentos utilizados para la medición fue la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario, el cual fue validado por Jueces expertos para ello realizaron la evaluación con el grado de Doctores en Derecho, quienes dieron la validación de criterios o de constructo y en cuanto a la prueba estadística fue el ji o chi cuadrado, corregida por Yates. En la conclusión de la tesis quedo demostrado que la administración de justicia, incide significativamente en la seguridad jurídica en el país

The administration of justice in Peru needs a change, so that it can solve the problems it has and thus respond to the needs of users who seek legal security, for their property and their rights are not violated, which is a Guarantee that the State must provide, seeking to recover the prestige of the judges and the institution as well as the other institutions in charge. The general objective of the thesis is to demonstrate the administration of justice, incidement in legal security in the country. Regarding the type of research, descriptive and applicable level. The study population was constituted by the Lima Bar Association (CAL) and the sample of Skilled Lawyers, with a probabilistic sampling probability of 95% confidence and a margin of error of 5%. The instruments used for the measurement was the technique of the survey with its instrument, the questionnaire, which was validated by expert Judges. For this, they carried out the evaluation with the degree of Doctors in Law, who gave the validation of criteria or construct and as to the statistical test was the chi or chi square, corrected by Yates. In the conclusion of the thesis, I have shown that the administration of justice has a significant impact on legal security in the country
