The objective of this research is to determine the level of family violence presented in institutionalized minors in the CAR Pedro and Angélica de Osma Gildemeister in Lurigancho - Chosica during the period 2019. The study corresponds to a descriptive investigation, with a quantitative approach of agreement to the handling of the data. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The universe of the population is made up of 30 institutionalized minors in the Residential Care Center Pedro and Angélica de Osma Gildemeister in Lurigancho-Chosica, during the period 2019. The sample is intentional, not probabilistic and of census type, therefore, it is constituted for the entire population. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instrument used was the family violence questionnaire, which evaluated physical violence, psychological violence and sexual violence. The results determined a greater degree of physical violence in the face of psychological and sexual violence. Establishing as a conclusion that the family violence presented by the institutionalized minors in the CAR Pedro and Angélica de Osma Gildemeister responds to the very high level by 53% due mainly to the high degree of physical violence to which they were exposed in their home, where they were constantly beaten.
