La violencia familiar en menores institucionalizados en el CAR Pedro y Angélica de Osma Gildemeister en Lurigancho - Chosica durante el periodo 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de violencia familiar presentada en menores institucionalizados en el CAR Pedro y Angélica de Osma Gildemeister en Lurigancho - Chosica durante el período 2019. El estudio corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un enfoque cuantitativo de acuerdo al manejo de los datos. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, de corte transversal. El universo de la población se conforma por 30 menores institucionalizados en el Centro de Atención Residencial Pedro y Angélica de Osma Gildemeister en Lurigancho-Chosica, durante el período 2019. La muestra es intencional, no probabilística y de tipo censal, por tanto, se constituye por la totalidad de la población. La técnica empleada para la recolección de la información fue la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de violencia familiar, el cual evaluó la violencia física, violencia psicológica y violencia sexual. Los resultados determinaron un mayor grado de violencia física frente a la violencia psicológica y sexual. Estableciendo como conclusión que la violencia familiar presentada por los menores institucionalizados en el CAR Pedro y Angélica de Osma Gildemeister responde al nivel muy alto en un 53% debido principalmente al alto grado de violencia física al que estuvieron expuestos en su hogar, donde fueron constantemente golpeados.

The objective of this research is to determine the level of family violence presented in institutionalized minors in the CAR Pedro and Angélica de Osma Gildemeister in Lurigancho - Chosica during the period 2019. The study corresponds to a descriptive investigation, with a quantitative approach of agreement to the handling of the data. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The universe of the population is made up of 30 institutionalized minors in the Residential Care Center Pedro and Angélica de Osma Gildemeister in Lurigancho-Chosica, during the period 2019. The sample is intentional, not probabilistic and of census type, therefore, it is constituted for the entire population. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instrument used was the family violence questionnaire, which evaluated physical violence, psychological violence and sexual violence. The results determined a greater degree of physical violence in the face of psychological and sexual violence. Establishing as a conclusion that the family violence presented by the institutionalized minors in the CAR Pedro and Angélica de Osma Gildemeister responds to the very high level by 53% due mainly to the high degree of physical violence to which they were exposed in their home, where they were constantly beaten.
