Características de la cadena de suministros y la gestión administrativa de las empresas constructoras en el Departamento de Lima

Abstract

La investigación titulada CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA CADENA DE SUMINISTROS Y LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE LAS EMPRESAS CONSTRUCTORAS EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE LIMA, tiene como objetivo Determinar la incidencia de las características de la cadena de suministros en la gestión administrativa de las empresas constructoras en el Departamento de Lima. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo se aplicó la encuesta a una población constituida por 800 gerentes de empresas constructoras, al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 260 gerentes. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos a la encuesta que constó de 26 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó y recomendó en estrecha relación con los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis planteadas.

The research entitled CHARACTERISTICS OF SUPPLY CHAINS AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF LIMA, aims to determine the incidence of the characteristics of the supply chain in the administrative management of construction companies in the Department of Lima . The deductive, inductive and descriptive method and a non-experimental design were used to reach this objective. The survey was also applied to a population constituted by 800 managers of construction companies, when calculating the Sample size was finally worked with 260 managers. As for the data collection instrument, the survey consisted of 26 closed-type items, the same ones that were emptied into tables where the frequencies and percentages were calculated, complemented by the analysis and interpretation of the results, which Allowed to contrast the hypotheses. Finally, it was concluded and recommended in close relation with the problems, objectives and hypotheses.
