Abstract

Los diversos cambios durante el crecimiento y desarrollo que se llevan a cavo, ya sean fisiológicos, anatómicos y psicológicos en el niño y adolescente influyen directamente en los procedimientos quirúrgicos pediátricos, por lo que se debe aplicar con mayor atención los principios científicos definidos aplicados en los diversos momentos del crecimiento y desarrollo, para no causar iatrogenias irreversibles y con la responsabilidad de recuperar, mantener o reforzar los niveles de aceptación del niño a los diversos procedimientos de cirugía oral pediátrica, sin causar trastornos en la conducta del paciente; lo cual se va conseguir realizando el manejo de conducta en cada uno de estos procedimientos
