The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between maternal socio-cultural factors and acceptance of multimicronutrients in children from 6 months to 35 months of the General Hospital Ernesto Germán Guzmán Gonzales, Oxapampa, year 2018. Inductive method research, design not experimental cross-section, correlational type and application level; population 256, sample 126; instrument, questionnaire for both variables, with a validity of 0.0003, pilot test with 30 mothers and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.785. The hypothesis was verified using Pearson's non-parametric chi-square statistical test, obtaining significant results among maternal socio-cultural factors and mothers' acceptance of multimicronutrient consumption (X2 = 26.003, Sig = 0.000). Likewise, a significant relationship was found between the maternal social factors and the level of acceptance of multimicronutrients in the mothers surveyed (X2 = 15,110, Sig = 0.004). And, finally, there was also a significant relationship between maternal cultural factors and the level of acceptance of multimicronutrients in the mothers of the study (X2 = 13.618, Sig = 0.009). In conclusion, the results indicate a significant relationship between maternal sociocultural factors and the level of micronutrient acceptance in mothers of children from 6 to 35 months of the General Hospital Ernesto Germán Guzmán Gonzales, Oxapampa. The Director of the Hospital is recommended to carry out research in other population segments of mothers who go to health facilities near the Hospital.
