The present work whose objective to determine the relationship between working stressors factors and resilience in nurses of emergency service, Hospital María Auxiliadora, 2019. Correlational descriptive method of cross section, the population was 102 nursing professionals and the sample of study 81. Two questionnaires used to collect data, with a reliability of 0,912 and 0.902. The results were in: 45.7% in occupational stressors the middle level and 54.3% in the high level, in its dimensions: 25.9% physical environment in the middle level and 74.1% in height; in the psychological environment 46.9% at the middle level, 53.1% in the high; in the social environment 41.9% in the level middle and 58.1% in the high and 11.1% in the low resilience, 48.1% intermediate and 40.8% in the high level. It is concluded that there is a direct relationship, high and significant between stressors and factors resilience in nurses of emergency service, Hospital María Auxiliadora, 2019 with Rho de Spearman= 0.724. Recommended programs of relaxation, breathing technique and meditation that it will help the stress management and strengthening of resilience.
