The general objective of the research work was to determine the influence of the implementation of the national strategy of financial inclusion with the organizational design of the Banco de la Nación in Metropolitan Lima. The type of research was the applied, the research level was the explanatory, and the research design was ex post-facto or non experimental with quantitative approach among variables the implementation of the national strategy of financial inclusion and the organizational design of the employees. The population was constituted by the employees, being a total of 116 employees, as sample 89 employees were taken to ensure the randomness and avoid the bias of the investigation and the sampling was probabilistic simple random. The instrument used for the measurement of the variables were previously validated by three expert judges, doctors in business administration. Also in terms of reliability validation, a pilot test was performed and a value of Cronbach´s alpha of 0.900 was founded For the hypothesis testing, the non-parametric Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (with Lilliefors correction) was used to establish the associations between the quantitative variables using the margin of error of 0.05. The results were that both the inclusion dimension of the national strategy of financial inclusion positively influences the organizational design of the Banco de la Nación.
