The objective of this research is to determine the level of quality of life of asylum seekers of and refugees of the Human Mobility Program of the NGO Encuentros Jesuit Service of Solidarity of Lima, Period 2019. The study corresponds to a descriptive, basic level research with a quantitative approach according to the handling of the data. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. The universe of the population consists of 120 asylum seekers and refugees who are served daily by the Human Mobility Program belonging to the NGO Encuentros Jesuit Service of Solidarity of Lima in the city of Lima. The sample consists of 52 asylum seeker and refugees, which was determined by applying the technique of simple random sampling and applying the technique of correction by finitude. The technique used for the collection of the information was the survey and the instrument used was the GENCAT Scale, which evaluates eight dimensions of quality of life: emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, material well-being, personal development, physical well-being, selfdetermination, social inclusion and rights of the SCHALOCK Model. It is established as a conclusion that: The quality of care of the elderly who attend the asylum seekers and refugees who attend the Human Mobility Program of the NGO Encuentros Service Jesuit of Solidarity is of a good level by 54%, due to the efficient mechanisms of attention, professionalism and humanism mechanisms that this group when they attend to access an integral service.
