The objective of this research is to determine happiness levels in the engineers of a private real estate company in Metropolitan Lima. The research is of a descriptive type and consisted of a sample of 27 engineers. The instrument was applied: Reynaldo Alarcón's Factorial Scale for Measuring Happiness, which measures the factors of happiness, showing that engineers base their happiness on the emotional aspect, obtaining as a result a "Very high" level of 55.6% happiness, indicating that engineers have an optimum level of happiness. With respect to the first specific objective, on determining the level Positive sense of life in the engineers of a private real estate company in Metropolitan Lima, it is observed that 59.3% of engineers are in the “Happy” category which indicates that There is optimal happiness, with respect to the second specific objective, Satisfaction for life, it is observed that 59.3% of engineers are in the “Highly Happy” category which indicates that there is a very optimal happiness, with respect to the third specific objective, Personal achievement, it is observed that 55.56% of engineers are in the “Highly Happy” category which indicates that there is a very optimal happiness and with respect to the fourth specific objective, about Joy of living, it is observed that 88.9% of engineers are in the “Highly Happy” category which indicates that there is a very optimal happiness.
