The research was aimed at; To determine the relationship between the factors involved and the fulfillment of the vaccination schedule, in children under 5 years of age in the Virgin health post of Rosario, Lima, 2018. Research of descriptive methodology with quantitative approach and correlational design. We worked with 103 mothers, the instrument used was the questionnaire, validated by trial of experts and the Alpha of Cronbach with 0.864 and 0.882. As results 49.51% present regular intervening factors, 27.18% good and 23.30% bad. Likewise, 46.60% have a compliance with mid-level vaccines, 29.13% high level and 24.27% low level. Concluding that there is a direct relationship between the factors involved and the fulfillment of the vaccination schedule. Finally It is recommended to the Director of the post of health Virgin of Rosario Carapongo, to elaborate a scheme of activities in conjunction with the Department of Nursing, where it seeks to promote the importance of the vaccination of the children in the mothers, as well as the Benefits that this action brings and the negative effects that they bring not to carry out vaccination in the child.
