Factores intervinientes y cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación, niños menores de 5 años, Puesto de Salud Virgen del Rosario, Lima, 2018

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo; determinar la relación que existe entre los factores intervinientes y el cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación, en niños menores de 5 años en el puesto de salud Virgen del Rosario Carapongo, Lima, 2018. Investigación de metodología descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño correlacional. Se trabajó con 103 madres, el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario, validado por juicio de expertos y el Alfa de Cronbach con 0,864 y 0,882. Como resultados el 49.51% presentan factores intervinientes regulares, el 27.18% buenos y el 23.30% malos. Asimismo el 46.60% presentan un cumplimiento de las vacunas de nivel medio, el 29.13% de nivel alto y el 24.27% de nivel bajo. Concluyendo que existe una relación directa entre los factores intervinientes y el cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación. Finalmente se recomienda al director del puesto de salud Virgen del Rosario Carapongo, elaborar un esquema de actividades conjuntamente con el departamento de enfermería, donde se busque promocionar la importancia de la vacunación de los niños en las madres, así como los beneficios que esta acción trae y los efectos negativos que traen no realizar la vacunación en el niño.

The research was aimed at; To determine the relationship between the factors involved and the fulfillment of the vaccination schedule, in children under 5 years of age in the Virgin health post of Rosario, Lima, 2018. Research of descriptive methodology with quantitative approach and correlational design. We worked with 103 mothers, the instrument used was the questionnaire, validated by trial of experts and the Alpha of Cronbach with 0.864 and 0.882. As results 49.51% present regular intervening factors, 27.18% good and 23.30% bad. Likewise, 46.60% have a compliance with mid-level vaccines, 29.13% high level and 24.27% low level. Concluding that there is a direct relationship between the factors involved and the fulfillment of the vaccination schedule. Finally It is recommended to the Director of the post of health Virgin of Rosario Carapongo, to elaborate a scheme of activities in conjunction with the Department of Nursing, where it seeks to promote the importance of the vaccination of the children in the mothers, as well as the Benefits that this action brings and the negative effects that they bring not to carry out vaccination in the child.
