Dependencia emocional y creencias irracionales en mujeres víctimas de violencia psicológica en la pareja

Abstract

La presente investigación propone estudiar la relación entre la dependencia emocional y los tipos de creencias irracionales en mujeres víctimas de violencia psicológica por parte de sus parejas que asisten a una institución que atiende a parejas en situación de violencia en el distrito de Chorrillos. La muestra es de tipo censal, conformada por 100 mujeres que se encuentran en el rango de 20 y 50 años de edad que actualmente están casadas o en una relación de convivencia. La investigación es de tipo cuantitativa, el diseño es no experimental, transversal, descriptiva y correlacional. Los instrumentos que se utilizarán son el Inventario de Dependencia Emocional- (IDE (Aiquipa, 2015) y el registro de opiniones de Albert Ellis. Los resultados indican que 96% de las mujeres participantes se ubican en una categoría alta de dependencia emocional. En cuanto a la relación entre la dependencia emocional y las creencias irracionales en las mujeres del estudio, se halló relación directa estadísticamente significativa entre la dependencia emocional y las creencias irracionales necesidad amor y aprobación y dependencia.

The present investigation proposes to study the relationship between emotional dependence and the types of irrational beliefs in women victims of psychological violence by their partners who attend an institution that serves couples in a situation of violence in the Chorrillos district. The sample is of census type, made up of 100 women who are in the range of 20 and 50 years of age who are currently married or in a relationship of coexistence. The research is quantitative, the design is non-experimental, transversal, descriptive and correlational. The instruments that will be used are the Inventory of Emotional Dependency- (IDE (Aiquipa, 2015) and the register of opinions of Albert Ellis. The results indicate that 96% of the participating women are placed in a high category of emotional dependence. Regarding the relationship between emotional dependence and irrational beliefs in the women of the study, a direct statistically significant relationship was found between emotional dependence and irrational beliefs, need for love and approval and dependence.
