The present academical research have had as an objective to determine the effectivity of educatives intervention to the knowledge about premature stimulation for the mothers who have children from 1 to 3 years old at San Marcos Health Center, Coracora 2018. The study was experimental with pre and post test, the study sample consisted by 45 mothers, being the reliability of the instrument the Kuder Richardson test of 0.74. According to the results, it found a global knowledge about premature stimulation in the pre test the level of the mothers are low, 64.4%, and in the post test the level is high, 84.4%. For the effectivity of educatives intervention increase the knowledge about motor area, passing from the lowest level, 86.7%, to the highest level, 71.1%. The cognitive area passed from the lowest level, 82.2% to the highest level, 71.1%. The area of the language passed from the lowest level, 88.9% to the highest level, 75.6%. The area of social- affection, lowest level, 86.7% to the highest level, 73.3%. As conclusion, it obtained that the educative intervention is effective in relation to the knowledge about premature stimulation. So, it suggests to the health center to promote and increase the educatives interventions and involve the health center stuff for give education about premature stimulation to the mothers of the children.
