The research was aimed at determining the levels of aldicarb in strawberries in the main supply markets of Lima. To carry out the determination of aldicarb, were the samples collected at different centres of supplies in Lima, we obtained 10 random samples which each of them contained 1kg for each sample, from the provinces of Huaral and Lima; then, after obtaining the samples, they were stored at 0 – 8 ° C, as requirement of cold chain, where they remained for a week at the same temperature. After the storage, were the samples by means of cold chain to the laboratories of SENASA, where we proceeded to determine the concentrations of aldicarb in the 10 samples of strawberries using the technique of liquid chromatography coupled to mass LC/MS, where no detectable levels of aldicarb surpluses, concluding, therefore, that the use of aldicarb in strawberry crops and agriculture is located within the ranges allowed by the Supreme Decree Nº015-2015-MINAM, it establishes the modification of National Environmental Quality Standards for water and establishes complementary provisions for their application.
