The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the optimization of the payment execution process and suppliers as an improvement tool with the corporate image of Banco de la Nación. Regarding the methodological aspects of the work, the type of research was the descriptive and applied level. The population under study will be made up of the 50 employees of the main office of San Borja, Banco de la Nación, Section Execution and Monitoring of Contracts - Management and Services Sub-Management - Logistics Management. Due to the small size of the population, the entire population will be considered as a sample, that is, 50 workers from the Banco de la Nación, to which the instrument consisting of 8 questions was applied, using the likert scale with response alternatives multiple. We proceeded to analyze the results, then the hypothesis testing was performed, using the statistical test known as the correlation coefficient of SPEARMAN, because the study variables are qualitative.
