Efectos del acto administrativo en la gestión de las instituciones del estado

Abstract

La administración pública es una organización, a través del cual se realiza la función que tiene que cumplir el gobierno, en el cual debe desarrollar actividades productivas a favor de la población con relación a los bienes y servicios que el Estado tiene a su cargo en su gestión. Es por eso, que el acto administrativo son declaraciones que emiten las diferentes entidades en el marco de la norma de derecho público, los cuales están destinadas a producir efectos jurídicos sobre los intereses y obligaciones o derechos de quienes buscan respuestas de una situación concreta.

The public administration is an organization, through which the function that the government has to fulfill is performed, in which it must develop productive activities in favor of the population in relation to the goods and services that the State has in charge in the management. That is why, the administrative act are statements issued by different entities within the framework of the rule of public law, which are intended to produce legal effects on the interests and obligations or rights of those seeking answers to a specific situation.
