The development of the same, was using a descriptive type study and non-experimental design. We used a census sample consisting of 31 workers of both sexes, 30 men and 1 woman, whose ages range from 20 to 57 years, which was composed of 9 officers, 17 Technicians-non-commissioned officers and 5 subordinates belonging to the population under study. The measuring instrument applied was: the transformational leadership scale of Rafferty and Griffin (2004), adapted to our reality by Luis Dávalos (2014), which evaluates five dimensions.
