The applied of the model of the vectorial quanta in the propagation of light and the achieve of learning of the variable speed of light in students of the Faculty of Physical Sciences of the National University of San Marcos is a research work that proposes the teaching of new knowledge generated from scientific research for inclusion them in one or more teaching units related subjects with contemporary physics. The study shows that by applying the model of the vectorial quanta in the propagation of light in a vacuum an equation is obtained describing the variation of the speed of light with time and the magnitude of the vectorial quanta associated with the spatial scale in consideration. By using instruments for appropriate evaluation is found that it is possible to learn about current knowledge from fundamental research by students of the Faculty of Physical Sciences of the National University of San Marcos. The general hypothesis of there search raises that applying the model of the vectorial quanta in the propagation of light significantly influences the learning achievement of the variable speed of light in students of the Faculty of Physical Sciences of the National University of San Marcos. The study shows that the overall weighted average of the scores associated with the first variable of the study is greater than the overall weighted average of the scores associated with the second variable of the study, which verificates the general hypothesis of there research. The kind of this research is rated to as applied and its level is evaluative. The design is not experimental of kind. The dimensions of the study variables are simultaneously evaluated under the criteria of knowledge and performance using indicators and questionnaires items. Attitudinal content (product) of students is evaluated according to criteria and indicators of achievement which are closely related to the study variables, and is concluded that the evaluation is statistically significant it considered a sample of 31 students in the fourth and fifth years of the career of Physics, so that the sampling was non-probability. It is being design of teaching programming strictly for classroom. The techniques used are problem solving and observation. In addition, the questionnaires of questions as assessment tools are used, and the character of the evaluation is summative. The main and general conclusion of this study is that achievement of learning of new knowledge generated by scientific research in university students of basic sciences in the fourth and fifth years of career is plausible. It is recommended to reformulate university curricula of basic sciences so that teachers - researchers can transmit the generated new scientific knowledge of basic or applied research students through a thematic unit of a related subject.
