Identificación del perfil psicológico del delincuente en la investigación criminal del delito de feminicidio en Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar que la identificación oportuna del perfil psicológico del delincuente, contribuye en la investigación criminal del execrable Delito de Feminicidio en Lima Metropolitana. Para al logro de ese objetivo fue aplicado el método de muestreo no probabilístico intencionado, haciendo uso del criterio de inclusión-exclusión, preservando que los resultados sean fiables, contándose con un diseño descriptivo, siendo el tipo aplicada. En la recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de revisión documental y de encuestas, a una muestra representativa de las unidades de observación comprendida por personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales PNP peritos de psicología forense de la Oficina de Criminalística y a pesquisas de las Unidades de Investigación de la unidad de análisis (Dirección de Investigación Criminal de la PNP) encargados de la investigación del Delito de Feminicidio durante el periodo de estudio (2011-2016) En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos fichaje/archivo y cuestionario, fueron plasmados en las respectivas tablas de frecuencias donde fueron calculados los porcentajes; siendo complementado con los análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo que permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó y recomendó en estrecha relación con los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis formuladas.

The research has as main objective to determine that the timely identification of the psychological profile of the offender, contributes in the criminal investigation of the execrable Crime of Feminicide in Metropolitan Lima. In order to achieve this objective, the method of intentional non-probabilistic sampling was used, applying the inclusion-exclusion criterion preserving that the results are reliable, having a descriptive design, the type being applied. In data collection, the technique of document review and surveys was applied to a representative sample of observation units comprised of PNP officers and non-commissioned officers, experts in forensic psychology of the Criminalistics Office, and inquiries of the Research Units of the unit of analysis (Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the PNP) in charge of the investigation of the Crime of Feminicide during the period of study (2011-2016) As for the data collection instrument, file / file and questionnaire, they were included in the respective frequency tables where the percentages were calculated; being complemented with the analysis and interpretation of the results, which allowed contrasting the hypotheses. Finally, it was concluded and recommended in close relation with the problems, objectives and hypotheses proposed.
