Los actos jurídicos fraudulentos y su implicancia en la responsabilidad civil de los notarios públicos en la legislación Peruana

Abstract

Como lo dicen algunos especialistas, el engaño es el medio que utilizan para arribar al fraude; y el fraude como el fin u objeto que uno se propone lograr con el engaño. Es por eso que el engaño y fraude suelen ir juntos dando lugar a que en el lenguaje se tomen el uno por el otro; por tanto, el Notario tiene que ser minuciosos al verificar los documentos que se le entregan para así tener la certeza que son auténticos y así evitar posteriores responsabilidades

As some specialists say, deception is the means they use to reach fraud; And fraud as the end or object that one intends to achieve with deception. That is why deception and fraud often go together resulting in the language being taken for each other; Therefore, the Notary has to be meticulous when verifying the documents that are given to him so as to have the certainty that they are authentic and thus to avoid later responsibilities
