Abstract: La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia del homosexualismo oculto del contrayente como causal de divorcio en el Perú. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población estuvo constituida por 360 abogados especializados en materia civil. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 186 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos al cuestionario que constó de 14 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis.
Finalmente se concluyó que la homosexualismo oculto del contrayente es un factor que va incidir directamente en el divorcio en el Perú
The research aims to determine the incidence of hidden homosexuality of the contractor as the cause of divorce in Peru.
