The present work was carried out in the Emergency Service of the María Auxiliadora Hospital with patients suffering from phosphorus organ poisoning, a process whose main element is phosphorus which does not help the segregation of acetyl cotinestera. The fact of having phosphorescent organs is related to agriculture when they decide to take care of the pests they find in both animals and plants, for which the nurse performs the care of the patient in a thorough manner. The present work was supported by several researches and bibliographical sources, which leads us to follow up on how to carry out the treatment and care by the nurses. On the other hand, the work is endorsed in the use of scientific methodology that is based on transpersonal care, investigating transcendence and recognition, in accordance with codes of ethics and deontology, acting responsibly in carrying out both prevention and promotion activities of good health. Finally, the care of the nursing staff must act with social and human commitment preserving health at different levels making use of comprehensive and multidimensional care in order to meet the basic requirements and to finish the nursing work according to indicators and formulating conclusions and recommendations.
