The investigation is about the interpretation of the requirement of Good Faith that regulates article 950 of the Civil Code to acquire a Good through Short or Ordinary Domain Acquisition Prescription. The main objective of this research was to determine the influence of the interpretation of the requirement of Good Faith in the Acquisition of a Good through the Domain Acquisition Prescription. The type of research was Qualitative and Basic Theoretical. The Research Method and Design was descriptive, dogmatic and inductive. The study population was constituted by the sentences that we obtained from the year 2010 to 2015 of Jurisdictional Organs in which there was reference to the Prescriptive Acquisition of Domain; and the Sample was ten (10) Sentences with a non-probabilistic sampling. The conclusion reached by the thesis was that through the analysis of the judgments studied, the main hypothesis was verified, that is, to acquire a good through the short or ordinary domain procurement, it must be required to have a Good Faith of type Objective
