Capacitación, supervisión pedagógica y desempeño de los docentes del instituto superior tecnológico sise

Abstract

El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la Capacitación, Supervisión Pedagógica y el Desempeño de los docentes del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Privado “SISE” en el año 2017. Es un estudio del tipo aplicado de diseño correlacional no experimental transversal realizado en enfoque de investigación cuantitativa. La población fue de 115 docentes que luego del cálculo probabilístico con la fórmula para poblaciones finitas se determinó analizar a una muestra aleatoria de 89 docentes de la escuela de Gestión del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “SISE”. La investigación tiene tres variables: Capacitación, Supervisión pedagógica y Desempeño de los docentes., en la variable Capacitación se ha trabajado tres dimensiones: contenidos, estrategias, y evaluación., en cuanto a la variable Supervisión Pedagógica se ha determinado las siguientes dimensiones: pedagógico, personal y social., finalmente en la variable Desempeño de los docentes se ha tenido en consideración las dimensiones: planificación del aprendizaje, estrategias de aprendizaje y desarrollo de la profesionalidad del docente. El instrumento utilizado en la investigación fue la encuesta con un total de 60 ítems de las tres variables (tipo escala de Likert). Para medir la validez se sometió al juicio de expertos, respectivamente. Se llegó a la conclusión que los resultados del estudio muestran que la capacitación y la supervisión se relacionan positivamente con el desempeño de los docentes del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Sise.

The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Training, Pedagogical Supervision and the Performance of the teachers of the Higher Technological Institute "SISE" in the year 2017. It is a study of the applied type of non-experimental cross-correlational design carried out in a quantitative research approach. The population was 115 teachers integrated by the teachers of the Institute who after the probabilistic calculation with the formula for finite populations was determined to analyze a random sample of 89 teachers of the morning shift, afternoon and evening of the Higher Technological Institute "SISE". The research has three variables: Training, Supervision and Performance of teachers, in the variable Training has been worked three dimensions: contents, strategies, and evaluation. As for the variable Pedagogical Supervision has been determined the following dimensions: pedagogical, personal and social. Finally, in the variable Performance of teachers, the dimensions of learning planning, learning strategies and teacher professional development have been taken into account. The instrument used in the research was the survey with a total of 60 items of the three variables (Likert scale type). To measure reliability and validity was subjected to the Cronbach Alpha statistic and expert judgment, respectively.
