Aplicación de técnicas en el estudio sistemático de indicios biológicos recogidos en la escena del crimen

Abstract

La investigación titulada APLICACIÓN DE TÉCNICAS EN EL ESTUDIO SISTEMÁTICO DE INDICIOS BIOLÓGICOS RECOGIDOS EN LA ESCENA DEL CRIMEN, tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia que la aplicación de estas técnicas ejerce en las decisiones judiciales de los jueces y fiscales penales de Lima y Callao. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo, se utilizó el método deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo se aplicó la encuesta a una población constituida por 620 jueces y fiscales penales, al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 237 jueces y fiscales penales de Lima y Callao. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos se usó una encuesta con 13 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se plasmaron en cuadros donde se calculó las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo que permitió contrastar las hipótesis planteadas. Finalmente se concluyó y recomendó en estrecha relación con los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis planteados.

The research entitled APPLICATION OF TECHNIQUES IN BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMATIC STUDY OF EVIDENCE COLLECTED IN CRIME SCENE, has the objective of determine of influence that the application of these techniques performs in the court ruling of the criminal judges and prosecutors of Lima and Callao. Was used to achieve this objective the deductive, inductive and descriptive and non-experimental design, the survey also was applied to a population consisting of 620 criminal judges and prosecutors, but to calculate the sample size is finally worked with 237 judges and prosecutors. Regarding the data collection instrument to the survey have consisted of 13 closed-ended items, the same as were emptied into boxes where they calculated the frequencies and percentages, complemented with the analysis and interpretation of the results, which we allowed the hypotheses. Finally it was concluded and recommended in close relation to the problems, objectives and hypotheses
