Abstract

The purpose of the research called Proposal for the Implementation of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015 in the RTV Silicone Coating Service for Insulators of the company FERCHALE Trading S.A.C, Lima, is to develop a proposal for the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard step by step for its subsequent execution in order for the service provided to the company to improve internally and externally. Being at the same time competitive in a current market facing the regulatory requirements requested by its current and potential clients. The implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the RTV Silicone Coating Service will allow its processes to be improved by applying the continuous improvement process through the study and fulfillment of the requirements of each auditable chapter of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
