This proyect is interested in recording devices using RFID radio frequency identification devices in order to manage the control of the entries and exits of video endoscopic equipment from the Endoscopic Center of the Clinica Internacional - Sede San Borja. This project is a proposal of improvement for the processes in the face of problems in the endoscopy service, such as loss of procedures, outdated inventory and economic loss; which fall on the economic, regulatory and, above all, patient care. The solution will be to implement an activity recording station of transport of video endoscopes that consists in using the tools of a maintenance management software, additionally it has been implemented with a RFID system to report a device of video endoscopy that carries an RFID tag identified by a unique code, which all its information is obtained and stored in a database when it is recognized by an RFID detector and in the case of not making the withdrawal record of some equipment is issued an alert at some distance from the exit of the area. This system will allow obtaining a monthly operational statistic and stay of each device to be able to perform a payment analysis and it will depend on the maintenance staff of Clinical Engineering its regulation and supervision of the supplier.
