The research paper presents the processes carried out in a Component Repair Center (C.R.C). A component is a collection of parts that make up individual systems that operate independently within the system. The component called "Final Command" has a greater economic participation and impact within the C.R.C.The main requirement of the process in order to guarantee the Service Quality is the decontamination of the parts. The Internal Washing Division is responsible for carrying out this process.In this division we can find two automatic washing machines, guaranteeing the level of decontamination necessary for the execution of the service, which is monitored with the automatic washing indicator. The objective result to be obtained must tend to 95%, however, the current result is less than 50%, generating low productivity, rework and lead time.To solve the problem, the Lean Manufacturing Methodology was implemented through tools such as 5s, Standardized Work, Kanban and Andon; managing to improve mainly, the standardization indicator (5s) by 100% and the automatic washing indicator at 83%. With this, it was possible to considerably reduce the level of reprocessing and lead time, as well as increasing overall productivity. Finally, it was possible to increase about four times the number of packages washed monthly.
