The Gloria mining project began in 2018, the partners being the only ones who have the direction and decision regarding the investment without technical or professional advice in the mining field, the Gloria project was completed at the end of the lucero vein at the beginning of 2019 and a Gloria I reinvestment is planned which seeks to provide financial and economic stability with professional and technical help in the mining areas. Where to financially evaluate the Gloria I project and to be able to compare it with the Gloria project, calculations were made to bring each process to its unit cost. Which allowed to bring the costs to the unit base, these being costs per meter of advance, cost per cubic meter removed, among others. Taking these costs into account, the projection was made to build a cash flow box in the first monthly instance and in the second annual instance, obtaining the results of the Gloria project with a NPV of S/667,13 and an IRR of 1.87% per month. Compared to the Gloria I project, feasibility and profitability were obtained, having a NPV of S/1.841.151,45 and an IRR of 35.63%, which please investors and the project begins where it is currently being developed. the Gloria I project with future hopes of carrying out an expansion project.
