This project is a system for monitoring the status of industrial and domestic vehicles in general to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at the right time thus achieving savings in repair expenses in addition to its remote shutdown. To that, it has to design an electronic circuitry to acquire in parallel with the Engine Controller Unit (ECU) data from different sensors (oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, oil temperature for attachments, load voltage, battery voltage , depressed air filter, vehicle speed, etc.), and so can be processed and sent to a remote output interface, the remote output interface shall consist of a microcontroller that encode the received data for transmission, and a communication module for cell through cellular network sends this information to a server where an operator can observe the condition of the vehicle at any time, watch your odometer and / or hourmeter so you can check the order of maintenance scheduled by the software. Further, this system allows an operator can decide to disable the vehicle for any eventuality as a robbery in the case of domestic vehicles or misuse in case of commercial vehicles, you vii can also control the speed of displacement of same when required by sending a coded order to the microcontroller of the vehicle. All data are stored in the database server in order to have a history of the vehicle, which serves to improve its diagnostics in the future.
