For the development of this project the cascade life cycle was followed, with its respective phases: Identification of the problem, Analysis of Requirements, Study of the architecture, External design, Internal design, Construction, Testing and Implantation. The objective of this project is the development of an Inventory Control System for the Management of Purchases of Raw Material in the Restaurant Sector. This system has been developed for this company in order to cover the basic needs of the management of a restaurant, offering technology to improve the business. This system has been developed in order to improve the delivery time of the final product to the customer since in this type of items is very important. The analysis of this situation DSD has allowed us to increase the margin of improvement in the warehouse processes and costs of a restaurant. The system has been divided into the Warehouse and Costs modules. These modules offer a different functionality, and together they control in an integral way, diverse factors on the development and management of the restaurant. This system modernizes the processes of the company in the restaurant sector and in general, the gastronomy sector contributing a great improvement in the management and reducing unnecessary times thus improving warehouse processes and costs.
