The research sought to determine the relationship of the management of the logistics process in the productivity of the Mypes of the hardware sector in Comas 2021, the research has a quantitative approach. A sample of 130 Mypes from the hardware sector in Comas was carried out. For the collection of information, the survey was used as a study instrument, the questionnaire consisted of 30 questions with a Likert scale, to obtain information on both variables, these were carried out in person to those in charge of logistics. The data obtained from the surveys was systematized in the Excel program, then loaded into a SPSS version 28 table where the data was statistically analyzed. The frequency results show that the hardware stores carry out strategies and actions that improve the management of logistics processes by 80.00%, purchases by 85.15%, inventories 91.54% and the logistics value chain 60%, with respect to productivity 79.23% consider improvement strategies, there being a relationship between the management of the logistics process and productivity, a correlation of 0.616 of Rho Spearman was obtained, being a moderate positive correlation. In conclusion, 80% of the hardware stores implement strategies and actions to improve the management of the logistics process and increase their productivity, 91.54% improve their inventories within their logistics processes and 60% of the hardware stores implement provide added value to the logistics value chain, analyzing the chain to detect errors and propose improvement strategies.
