The project is the development of data acquisition card with communication via Ethernet for server deployment system control and monitoring of the parameters of electric actuators such as motors, to control and monitor remotely via Internet equipment Portable clients: laptops, tablets and Smartphone. The data acquisition card acts as the server system implemented with web-based application program. For which work by transmitting and receiving data via wired Ethernet network, the rules of TCP / IP protocols to microcontroller memory of this card is implemented by assigning physical addresses IP, MAC and communication GATEWAY to initialize Ethernet interface module. The entry system with portable computer the server IP address is entered into the address bar of the Internet browser. This card is based acquisition with the PIC18F2550 microcontroller that has SPI module, serial peripheral interface to send data synchronously to ENC28J60 controller. This microcontroller integrates peripherals as inputs and outputs, analog and digital, serial communication module SPI with the application program can record compiled * .hex file and deploy it to control, remote monitor the activities of electric actuators. Also it integrated into this acquisition card controller chip peripheral module containing ENC28J60 SPI for synchronous communication with the microcontroller module and the physical layer PHY and Ethernet interface for Internet communication. Thanks to libraries TCP / IP protocols developed by compiler writers MPLAB, CCS, C18, MIKROBASIC add this controller to the development of high-level C language and configured TCP / IP, assign the variables in IP addresses, MAC program and add the HTML language like visual interface server program prototype data acquisition card.
