The present work deals with the "Implementation of the System of Administration of Stations and Services of Taxi by means of GPS for the company “Taxi Turismo Arequipa”. Nowadays taxi companies play an important role, offering a flexible service in the public transportation system of the city of Arequipa. Where the experience of taxi drivers is the only way to look for customers (passengers). Currently the company “Taxi Turismo Arequipa”, for marketing and communication reasons, invested in technology, equipping each of its drivers, with Android phones and GPS, technology that will be used for the execution of this project, by tracking their units Taxi, located in different points of the city of Arequipa. Drivers equipped with this technology will send their exact location in real time to the control center area, making it possible to monitor and monitor their entire taxi fleet, thus allowing them to collect data (locations). In this way we will establish business strategies, such as decision-making when standardizing strategic stations and stops, which, for this purpose, will be necessary. It proposes a business intelligence system (automatic extraction of knowledge for decision making in the areas involved in the company). In order to be able to explore the massive data of taxi services, using OLAP techniques, it will be necessary to analyze them for a certain period of time (not less than one year) in production. However for demonstration purposes, specific statistical graphs of the behavior of taxi services will be applied. Finally, the value of business intelligence, in taxi companies, will be demonstrated by applying it to real scenarios, such as “Taxi Turismo Arequipa”. The results will show that this system can improve the quality of taxi services in companies.
