This business plan consists of the sales of household services such as cleaning, cooking, childcare (nannies) and health care (nurses), through a virtual platform (website). This idea arises from the tendency to use technology and the high demand for domestic services that currently exists in more affluent districts of Lima. The differential advantage of this project over its competition will consist of accessibility, speed, security and quality of service to be provided to both the client and the user. This commitment to value doesn’t currently exist in the market and after the evaluation of the opportunity that this project could have, a great acceptance from the target group was obtained.Regarding sales, they will be made online and will be supported through the sales made at a stand that will run from an office, which will have business executives in charge of responding to the requirements. Also, they will schedule appointments and send specialists to the customers’ homes so that they can attend the services requested. The project will have a heavy investment in digital advertising because it is in this environment where the sale of services will be developed. Finally, the investment required for the development of this business plan is 149,540 soles and the utility represents between 3% and 5% of total net sales, implying a moderate margin for shareholders. On the other hand, there is the cost-benefit of the project would be 2.15, meaning that for every invested sun a return of 2 new soles and 15 cents would be obtained, confirming that the project is profitable.
