This research work was developed with the objective of determining the degree of relationship between telework and the work environment in the Administrative Area of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Peru, all in a context of pandemic and the obligation to continue with work in order to avoid contagion. This inquiry has a quantitative approach of a correlational type and a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. A non-probabilistic for conveniencewas used, made up of administrative servants who telework. In the same way, for data collection, two surveys with Likert-type alternatives were used, instruments that were subjected to the Cronbach's Alpha test, and then processed using the Excel tools and the SPSS program. The results obtained after applying the Pearson correlation in our variables of telework and the work environment (CL) had a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.778 positive high. In the same way, the results when relating the dimensions of teleworking with the work environment were the following: Work implication and CL we obtained a coefficient of 0.779; social implication and CL a coefficient of 0.634; economic implication and CL a coefficient of 0.546; and finally cultural implication and CL a coefficient of 0.829. Concluding that all relationships are positive for both the general hypothesis and the specific ones. Therefore, it is very important to improve procedures and policies in relation to teleworking so that it is sustainable over time, which we also describe in our recommendations.
