In this research work, we wanted to present the performance at the scope, schedule and cost level of a project to implement a quality management system under ISO 9001:2015 in a flexible container manufacturing company in the Perú carried out in the period 2018-2019, as well as knowing a proposal for an earned value management model (GVG), whose purpose is to be a tool to control compliance with project restriction such as scope, schedule and cost. To do this, it was first defined to carry out an analysis on compliance with the three restrictions of the project under the conditions in which it was developed in the 2018-2019 period without the contribution of the GVG, as well as the documentation of its lessons learned. As a next step, GVG model was developed, divided into planning and monitoring and control processes of the project, represented in a flow diagram, showing the stages that comprise it and the respective sequences, in addition to that, a description of each was made one of these components of the GVG Model. Finally, the application of the GVG Model elaborated previously was carried out, whose results obtained allowed us to understand the management and adaptation of the methodology to the monitoring and control of projects in the organization, as well as its effects.
