This study corresponded to the identification of the chemical risks present in the work carried out by the fertilizer mobilizing workers of a marketing company located in Arequipa, to determine the possible health damages. And specify what they are, to generate control measures in the handling of chemical compounds that help to minimize the dangers to the health of the personnel mobilizing them in the company. The method was the hypothetical deductive and the quasi-experimental design, the data were collected through a survey made up of two sections (Health due to the chemical risks of fertilizers), and through medical reports such as the safety sheets of chemical compounds; This made it possible to determine the existence in the company of high risks such as: crushing, falls from pile of sacks, run over and that 93.3% of the workers have respiratory problems. For the evaluation, control measures were implemented that were later verified with the results of the spirometry test, indicating that of the 5 collaborators with Mild Restrictive Spirometry in 2018 they passed to a Normal Spirometry in the 2019 medical evaluation. It was organized in six chapters: Generalities, Theoretical Foundations, State of the Art, Research Methodology, Research Development, and Interpretation of results. The conclusions infer the importance of evaluating the chemical risks present in work contexts, by allowing the taking of preventive and corrective actions, which help to minimize the conditions present in the work context that are inducing the occupational health of personnel continuously.
