The National Institute for Safety and Hygiene at Work (INSHT), in the technical guide published in 2011, the main basis of this research work, indicates that the employer must avoid manual handling of loads (MMC) as a priority. In case, this cannot be done, the employer must reduce the risks of the MMC and evaluate them. Thus, the work detailed here focused on the base evaluation of the conditions under which the CMM occurs within the warehouse of the company under study, considering the suggested ergonomic factors to be evaluated in the INSHT Technical Guide (GINSHT). In order to carry out this work, the main reference was GINSHT, applied in different academic works and companies (by mandatory in Spain); however, there is no abundant reference nor records of labor application in our country; therefore, this work can be applied as a reference for future practical applications in larger works. It started by delimiting the analysis in scope, since the evaluations of ergonomic factors can be applied in different jobs according to the own conditions; therefore, only the personnel working in the warehouse of "The Company" were considered under analysis, considering the products whose mass exceeds 3 kg, as is mandated by GINSHT. Subsequently, we proceeded with evaluating the internal movement process of the items inside the warehouse, either to prepare orders, replenish inventory or others. A photographic record was provided of the way in which the articles are stored and the type of environments in which they are found, in order to have a better panorama of the conditions; In addition, a flow chart was created that captures the movement of the articles. At the end of the diagramming stage of the article movement process, the application of the chosen tool (whose original formats are shown in the annexes) was continued, to both workers who work in the warehouse. The results of these tools show that there is a NONTOLERABLE RISK in the warehouse under study, being the actual weight of the load evaluated, higher than the suggested weight in the current conditions. In addition, there are deficiencies in other ergonomic factors evaluated, both in general working conditions and in individual aspects. Finally, basic recommendations were made that should be taken into account immediately due to the latent risk to workers' health, a risk evidenced by GINSHT. These recommendations basically address the facilities, safety equipment and procedures.
