The present investigation titled “Reduction of observations of the indicator of performance in hygiene related to the labor fatigue in operators of yellow line of the E.C. DCR Minería y Construcción S.A.C - U.O. Pallancata, 2021 ”being a descriptive thesis, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design and an empirical research method; aims to reduce the CPI safety observations related to occupational fatigue by applying preventive control measures, to achieve this an analysis of the current status of the CPI safety results, the current status of the safety indices and the determination the level of fatigue present; the latter was carried out by applying the Yoshitake method with a sample and population of 17 operators. As part of our action plan is the implementation of the Driving Fatigue Prevention Standard (EPF), where the corrective measures to face this problem are determined, as well as the use of smartwatch technology, which we will It will help to monitor and determine the rest time in relation to deep sleep and light sleep that each operator independently presents before operating a piece of equipment. As a result of the investigation, it is concluded that the Driving Fatigue Prevention Standard (EPF) by applying preventive measures, it was possible to reduce the observations of the CPI safety performance indicator through an increase in the percentage of compliance of an average 83.8% in the years 2018 to 2020 to 91.8% in relation to the year 2021. Likewise, it was possible to increase the percentage of compliance with the critical parameter that at that time had “III. Interviews ”from 13% to 18% compliance.
