In this paper, an optimization proposal will be presented to improve the process of attention to incidents of cancellations of requests generated by a call center user (Atento Peru), which is executed in the Magic Cable System area of a company of Telecommunications. In addition, to perform the optimization, it was proposed to use a robotic process optimization (RPA) tool. Likewise, in order to determine if said process has been improved with the proposed technology, objectives have been set, regarding the time and number of steps used to carry it out, in order to determine whether both criteria are reduced by the proposed solution. On the other hand, the concepts that encompass this optimization technology, methodology and analysis that were used for the development and implementation of this will be presented. An R.P.A. computer system is planned. using the SCRUM software development methodology. An entry system of exclusive prerequisites of the R.P.A. system is developed. with the JSF framework. The UiPath Studio 2020.6.0 development tool and Orchestrator UiPath management are used. It works with the SQL EDITOR Data manager and the PUTTY tool for the connection to FTP REPLICATED of the GESCAB database. Quality tests are carried out on the system developed with the objective methodology. The result is an R.P.A. that automatically performs the attention of cancellation incidents that a data correction analyst commonly performs; this will generate an improvement in terms of time, costs, avoid doing repetitive work and deliver a better quality of resolution to the user.
