The present work analyzes the Strategic Marketing Plan of an agro-industrial product, organic passion fruit flour that allows the continuous improvement of the strategic objectives applied in the company “Complementos y Suplementos Orgánicos del Perú SRL” now “Lado Orgánico SAC” towards the year 2020. In the development of the research, the following problem is answered: How to develop a strategic marketing plan based on organic passion fruit flour that allows continuous improvement of the strategic objectives of the company “Complementos y Suplementos Orgónicos del Perú SRL” now “Lado Orgánico SAC” towards 2020? In addition, it seeks to meet the following objective, which aims to achieve that the strategic marketing plan allows the continuous improvement of the strategic objectives of the company “Complementos y Suplementos Orgánicos del Perú SRL” now “Lado Orgánico SAC” by the year 2020, through the export of organic passion fruit flour. As measurement instruments for data collection, the qualitative approach has been used, which includes as a technique: semi-structured interviews, direct observation and the use of photo references; which were made to a marketing specialist and an organic products specialist from the company itself. Which allowed knowing its main objectives, such as: attracting a greater number of customers, encouraging sales, achieving information and exposure of its products, in addition to complying with quality standards and ensuring the development of activities according to its value chain. For which marketing strategies based on the product, price, place and promotion were applied, resulting in the improvement of the strategic objectives already set by the organization. In addition to this, information was collected from the Association of Exporters (ADEX) Data Trade, which reflects the international demand for passion fruit derivatives, such as juice, concentrate and pulp, with a 7% growth variation in export volume, 26% and 48%, respectively between the years 2017 and 2018. At the same time, according to the statements of the Vice President of this same institution, it considers that Peru is the seventh producer of passion fruit in the world with a representation of 60% of the total sent of fruit pulps, showing a favorable scenario in its commercialization. To achieve continuous improvement of the strategic objectives of the company, the export of organic passion fruit flour is developed; carrying out a financial economic plan within the investigation, through which it is possible to demonstrate the feasibility of its production and export. Starting with a total investment of S /. 80,953.48 which is financed by the Scotiabank bank with an “tasa efectiva anual” (TEA) of 20% and a “tasa efectiva mensual” (TEM) of 1.53%, where 30% is own contribution and 70% through a bank loan. According to the sales projection made during the first 5 years, the company obtains a positive “valor actual neto” (VAN) of S /. 318,466.64 and a “tasa interna de retorno” (TIR) greater than 0, with a payback period of the investment in 7 months.
